Recently, China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has secured the EPC contract for the floating photovoltaic power project at Singapore's Pandan Reservoir.
Located at the Pandan Reservoir, the project has an installed capacity of 91 megawatts and includes the simultaneous construction of a 66-kilovolt step-up substation and two 66-kilovolt transmission lines connecting to the Singapore Power Grid's receiving station. Upon completion, the project will serve as a significant milestone in Singapore's pursuit of green and low-carbon energy transformation by 2030, providing robust support for the country's efforts to gradually reduce reliance on fossil fuels and increase the proportion of renewable energy in its energy mix.
