Recently, the Zhengzhou Penghui Lithium Power Battery Project in Zhengyang County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province, which took a year to prepare and construct, has successfully commenced operations. According to reports, the first phase of Henan Penghui Lithium Power Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of 90 mu (approximately 60,000 square meters) with a total investment of Yuan 1 billion. The company primarily produces small-power square aluminum-shell lithium-ion batteries. These products are mainly used in the two-wheel and three-wheel electric vehicle markets, as well as in battery replacement services for such vehicles, lead-acid to lithium battery conversion markets, outdoor energy storage applications, among others. The products are well-received both domestically and internationally, and currently, market demand exceeds supply.
At present, all equipment for Line 1 of the first phase has been delivered and commissioned, and the facility is now in the ramp-up production stage. The total production capacity is 30,000 units per day. When operating at full capacity, the annual production capacity will reach 1.5 GWh, with an estimated annual output value of Yuan 700 to 800 million. The company's main products include 50Ah, 52Ah, 40Ah, and 100Ah lithium batteries. These batteries are independently developed and designed by Penghui, featuring unique design characteristics and cost-effectiveness advantages.
