China's 2026 government work report, unveiled on Thursday during the annual session of the National People's Congress, sets the tone for a renewed demand-side expansion in the country's stainless steel industry, Mysteel notes.

The policy framework -- centered on fostering new quality productive forces, strengthening livelihood support, and advancing green transformation -- is expected to support steady stainless steel demand growth, according to Mysteel's latest analysis. High-end manufacturing fuels specialty stainless demand China is prioritizing emerging industries such as integrated circuits, aerospace, biomedicine, and
