On March 8, GEM announced that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd. The two parties will deepen their strategic collaboration in the development of critical mineral resources, green, low-carbon and efficient utilization, as well as global expansion.
The agreement aims to enhance the global competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and provide solid support for safeguarding the nation's strategic security of critical mineral resources, achieving self-reliance and self-improvement in key technologies, and promoting high-quality development. The agreement is valid until December 31, 2030.
