Triputra Group, one of Indonesia's most influential diversified enterprises, recently visited JA Solar's Beijing headquarters for talks and signed multiple cooperation agreements.
The Indonesian delegation included Group CEO Tjandra Karya Hermanto, along with Juan Davis, CEO of subsidiary Triputra Visi Energi (TRIVE), and Antonius Weno, CEO of ATW Group. They met with JA Solar executives including Jin Junhui, Director of JA Solar and Chairman of its Energy Storage Company and President of its Education Company; Chen Yongqin, President of Regional Operations Center; Wu Zheng, President of International Capability Center and Vice President of PV Business Group; and Li Xiaobin, Vice President for East Asia and South Pacific regions.
The discussions resulted in consensus across three key areas: procurement, joint ventures, and education, with corresponding agreements signed on site.
In parallel, the two sides launched a strategic talent development partnership. XingTai New Energy Vocational College, established by JA Solar, will collaborate with multiple educational institutions under the Triputra Group across areas including education, research, and outreach services. The cooperation encompasses faculty and student exchanges, as well as joint development of new energy programs and specializations.
