GACC: China's bauxite imports jump 18.7% during Jan-Feb

China's bauxite imports reached 36.2 million tonnes during January-February this year, up 18.7% from the same period of 2025, according to the latest data from the country's General Administration of Customs (GACC).

By month, China's imported bauxite totalled 19.25 million tonnes in January and 16.95 million tonnes in February, representing on-year increases of 19.3% and 18.1% respectively, the GACC data showed.
