South Africa imposes AD duties on structural, flat steel imports in final rulings

In separate findings, both of which involve China, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) has announced final affirmative anti-dumping (AD) determinations on imports of structural steel and flat-rolled steel products from multiple origins, according to two announcements released by ITAC on March 20.

The commission announced its findings on behalf of the Southern African Customs Union (SACU), a customs union among five countries of Southern Africa, namely Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia and South Africa, and applies a common external tariff regime.
