Indonesia SMS adds 1.2 MTPA melt capacity. Cold rolling share to reach 64% of total capacity
Jindal Stainless has commissioned a 1.2 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) stainless steel melt shop (SMS) in Indonesia through its joint venture, ahead of schedule, strengthening its upstream integration and raw material security. With this addition, the companys total melting capacity has increased to 4.2 MTPA, including 3 MTPA
