FLASH: Yahua Group secures five-year spodumene concentrate supply agreement with MGLIT

On March 25, Yahua Group announced that it has recently signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement with MGLIT EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA. Within five years after the counterparty achieves stable production of spodumene concentrate, Yahua Group will purchase no less than 120,000 dry metric tonnes of spodumene concentrate annually, with a minimum price of US$1,000 per dry metric tonne (based on a 6% lithium oxide content).
