Recently, the Baokang Branch of the Xiangyang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued an announcement that the first public consultation for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the 200,000 tonnes/year high-capacity iron phosphate project to be built by Baokang Chufeng Chemical Co., Ltd. has been conducted, and the EIA process is progressing steadily.
The project is located in the Gucheng Chemical Park of Xiangyang City. Baokang Chufeng Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to construct new high-capacity iron phosphate production units, iron melting units, and supporting water treatment facilities. Upon completion, the project will have an annual output of 200,000 tonnes of high-capacity iron phosphate. Baokang Chufeng Chemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hubei Xingfa Group.
