GACC: China's stainless scrap imports surge 108% in Q1

China's stainless steel scrap imports soared 108.2% or by 21,705 tonnes year-on-year during this year's January-March quarter to stand at 41,760 tonnes, according to new data from the General Administration of Customs (GACC).
