China Apr passenger car tire exports down 6.85% YoY

China's April passenger car tire exports fell 6.85% YoY to 275,300 tonnes (GACC, OilChem), pressured by EU anti-dumping duties and pre-released shipments. However, Jan-Apr cumulative exports rose 4.73% YoY, with Africa and Southeast Asia surging 40.80% and 34.41% respectively. OilChem expects May exports to drop further to around 260,000 tonnes as EU orders decline, though strong non-EU demand will limit the fall.
