According to latest news on May 26, Sichuan Chengtun Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. recently underwent industrial and commercial changes, with its registered capital increasing from Yuan 1.8 billion to Yuan 2.95 billion, an increase of approximately 64%. The company was established in November 2007, with its legal representative being Liu Weixin. Its business scope includes sales of metal ores, import and export of goods, and sales of chemical products. The company is wholly owned by Chengxin Lithium.
