SAIL, Krakatau Steel mull stainless slab JV in Indonesia

India's Steel Authority of India (SAIL) and Indonesia's PT Krakatau Steel have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore forming a joint venture to produce stainless steel slabs in Indonesia, according to a recent statement from SAIL.
