NBS: China's coke output dips 1.6% MoM in June

China's total coke output reached 42.04 million tonnes in June, lower by 1.6% from May, according to the latest data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The June volume edged up by 1.1% from the same month last year, the data showed.

On a daily basis, the June output averaged 1.4 million tonnes/day, compared with 1.38 million t/d in May, translating to a roughly 1.7% on-month rise, as calculated by Mysteel Global based on the NBS data.
