According to the latest news on July 27, the first construction phase of the high-performance lithium battery base project, invested by Xiamen Torch Group and constructed on its behalf by Torch Development Company, has recently successfully passed completion acceptance, laying a solid foundation for the project's official commissioning and operation.
It is reported that the project is located in the Dongliao Area of Tongxiang High-tech New City, Xiamen, Fujian Province. The project has a planned total investment of Yuan 16 billion and is designed to build an 80 GWh fully intelligent new energy power battery production line. It occupies a total land area of approximately 955,000 square meters, with a total construction floor area of approximately 925,000 square meters. The main construction includes standard cell workshops and auxiliary production and living facilities, with a scientifically designed overall layout that fully meets the requirements of fully intelligent production.
