China's coking coal giant says two mines remain idle over permits

Shanxi Coking Coal Energy Group - the listed subsidiary of China's leading state-owned coking coal producer, Shanxi Coking Coal Group - announced on July 30 that its Xiqu and Malan mines had resumed operations following the renewal of their mining licenses and safety production permits.
