China's coking coal giant says two mines remain idle over permits

Shanxi Coking Coal Energy Group the listed subsidiary of China's leading state-owned coking coal producer, Shanxi Coking Coal Group announced on July 30 that its Xiqu and Malan mines had resumed operations following the renewal of their mining licenses and safety production permits.
