On August 3, Shida Shinghwa Advanced Material Group Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shinghwa Amperex Corporation, plans to invest in the construction of a 230,000-tonne liquid lithium salt project. The project has a reported total investment of Yuan 1.797 billion, with a construction period of 24 months. Upon reaching full production, it is expected to generate an annual output value of Yuan 6.086 billion and an annual net profit of Yuan 1.523 billion. The project is intended to leverage integrated raw material advantages to enhance the company's market competitiveness and profitability.
The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shinghwa Amperex Technology (Dongying) Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of a 12,000-tonne additive project. The project's total estimated investment is Yuan 286 million.
Additionally, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongying Shenghua Lida Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of a 200,000-tonne electrolyte project, with a total estimated investment of Yuan 722 million.
