CISA vows stricter steel export licensing in H2

China’s steel industry will strictly enforce the export licensing system in the second half of 2026, guided by the principle of “promoting high-end products, stabilizing neighboring markets, and strengthening oversight,” the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) said.
