India's SCCL boosts coal reserves by 180 Mt with new mining block

Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) India's second - largest coal producer after Coal India Limited - has secured the allocation of the PKOC-2 (Prakasam Khani Opencast) Dipside coal block in Telangana, adding around 180 million tonnes of coal reserves to support its long-term production capacity.
