On August 5, CEC Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary, Nanjing CEC Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., signed an equipment procurement contract with Qujing Zhanyi District Defang Nano Technology Co., Ltd. for the lithium battery new materials integrated project (TO furnace & SCR). The total contract amount is Yuan 53.5 million (tax inclusive). This contract accounts for approximately 7.47% of the Company's audited operating revenue for fiscal year 2025, and if successfully performed, it is expected to have a positive impact on the Company's future operating results.
