On August 7, in response to heightened market speculation regarding the resumption of production at CATL's Jianxiawo lithium mine in Yichun, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Yifeng County, Yichun City, issued an official statement. During on-site inspections, the enterprise was found to be in a state of suspended production for maintenance, with no ore loading, transportation, or crushing operations underway. The Bureau has required the enterprise to complete its environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval procedures as soon as possible.
