China's benzene capacity utilization to exceed 80% in Sept

The capacity utilization rate of benzene in China will climb for eight consecutive weeks and surpass 80% at the end of September due to a wave of unit restarts. The higher level together with expectations of stockpiling will further amplify the supply pressure.
