Dazhong Mining recently released its semi-annual report for the first half of 2026. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of Yuan 1.778 billion and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of Yuan 322 million. Net cash flow generated from operating activities reached Yuan 742 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 18.25%. As of the end of the reporting period, the company's total assets amounted to Yuan 18.662 billion, up 9.54% compared to the end of the previous fiscal year.
The report also highlighted that the company continues to enhance its existing iron ore production capacity, with a notable increase in iron concentrate output. In terms of lithium mining, the Jijiaoshan lithium mine in Hunan Province is designed with an annual mining and processing capacity of 20 million tonnes, corresponding to an estimated annual production capacity of approximately 80,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate. The Jiadalithium mine in Sichuan Province is designed with an initial phase annual mining and processing capacity of 2.6 million tonnes, corresponding to an estimated annual production capacity of approximately 50,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate. Upon completion of both mines, the combined annual production capacity is expected to reach 130,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate, with further growth anticipated in the future, positioning the company with a distinct scale advantage within the industry. Both lithium mines are scheduled for commissioning and production in the second half of this year, which is expected to generate new profit growth drivers for the company.
