China's Q3 petcoke port stocks sit at a cyclical low on strong downstream demand and limited imports, with tight spot supply extending into Aug-Sep.

China's petcoke supply tightened in Q3. Market trade steadily increased, major-port stockpiles continued to decline, and spot supplies remained scarce.
