FLASH: Indonesia coke output curbs deepen on drought water shortage

Coke producers operating plants in the Tsingshan industrial park in Indonesia's Central Sulawesi province, are deepening output cuts as an El Nino-linked drought tightens supplies of water needed for production, according to Mysteel's latest survey.

Some producers have added curbs of 10-20% on top of their existing output reductions, bringing the park's overall rate of production to only 50-60% of capacity.
