On September 7, Sunresin New Materials Co., Ltd. announced that it had entered into an Engineering Construction Contract for the Technical Retrofit and Upgrade of the Adsorption Process for the 20,000-tonne Lithium Carbonate Project with Qinghai Hengxinrong Lithium Technology Co., Ltd. The contract value, inclusive of tax, is Yuan 59,725,600, representing approximately 1.90% of the Company's latest audited revenue for the most recent period.
Under the contract, the company will provide full-system equipment and a process package for the 5,000-tonne lithium carbonate adsorption & membrane system for the brine technical renovation project, covering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and other related services. The total construction and commissioning period for the project is 133 days. The contract is not expected to have a material impact on the company's operating results for the current fiscal year.
