CCMA: China's excavator sales jump 19% YoY in August

China's sales of excavators to both domestic and overseas customers rose in August, leaping by 19.3% on year to hit 19,716 units, according to the latest data released by the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA).

Within the total, excavator sales in the domestic market ticked up by 3.9% on year to 7,986 units in August, while excavator exports surged by 32.7% on year to 11,730 units, accounting for 59% of total August's sales, the CCMA data showed.
