According to the latest news on the afternoon of September 8, the Changfeng County Government and CALB signed a cooperation agreement at the Hefei Municipal Government Affairs Center, marking the official establishment of the CALB Hefei Research Institute.
The project will include pilot production lines, R&D laboratories, and experimental testing centers, and will conduct R&D and experimental testing of lithium batteries and related products.
It is understood that CALB is a globally leading new energy technology company. In 2021, the CALB Hefei Base broke ground. Currently, Phase I and Phase II have been completed and put into production, Phase III is about to commence production, and Phase IV is under accelerated construction. Once the Hefei Base reaches full production, it will become CALB's largest production base nationwide, generating employment for nearly 10,000 people.
