In the cobalt salts segment, prices of cobalt sulfate and cobalt chloride declined, while cobalt intermediates prices on the cost side continued to fall, steadily weakening support for cobalt salts. Meanwhile, smelters showed a somewhat loosened selling sentiment, and actual transactions were limited. Co3O4 prices continued their weak downward trend, with downstream lithium cobalt oxide enterprises showing limited purchasing willingness, mostly maintaining a rigid-demand pace, and the market inquiry atmosphere remaining subdued.
