On September 24, Jiayou International announced that it had entered into the Burundi Spodumene Mine Cooperation Agreement with SONALEK MINING COMPANY LTD and SUNTIAL HK LIMITED. As the exclusive logistics provider, the company will have exclusive sales agency rights for spodumene ore products, with a cooperation term of seven years. This cooperation is an important step for the company to implement its Africa strategy and deepen the layout of its overseas mineral supply chain.
