On September 27, Yunnan Energy New Material Co., Ltd. (Enjie) announced that its controlled subsidiary, Shanghai Enjie, and EVE Energy signed the Equity Transfer Agreement for Hubei Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai Enjie intends to acquire the 45% equity interest in Hubei Enjie held by EVE Energy for Yuan 1.15 billion using its own funds and self-raised funds. Upon completion of the transaction, Shanghai Enjie will hold 100% equity interest in Hubei Enjie.
