On September 28, Dazhong Mining announced that an additional 423,800 tonnes of Li2O mineral resources had been newly filed and recorded in the peripheral area of the first mining zone of the Jiada Lithium Mine, with an average grade of 1.26%, equivalent to approximately 1,046,800 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). Together with the previously filed 600,900 tonnes of lithium oxide, the Jiada Lithium Mine's cumulative lithium oxide resources have exceeded one million tonnes, reaching the scale of a super-large lithium deposit.
The combined filed lithium carbonate equivalent resources of Dazhong Mining's two major lithium mines exceed 5.77 million tonnes. Approximately 15 square kilometers within the exploration rights area remain to be explored, indicating clear potential for further resource expansion. Resource volume determines the capacity ceiling, while capacity determines the scale of profits. As additional resources are confirmed and capacity is released in succession, the profit release curve of the company's lithium mining segment is gradually becoming clear.
