On September 30, 2026, Ningbo Lygend Resources Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 001246) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. From Victoria Harbour to Shenzhen Bay, Lygend Resources has completed its H+A dual capital market strategic layout.
At the listing ceremony, Cai Jianyong, Chairman of Lygend Resources, together with guests and representatives from various sectors, jointly struck the ceremonial opening bell. Leaders from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, representatives from intermediary institutions including CICC, Ernst & Young, TianCe, and Commerce & Finance, as well as representatives of industrial chain partners, gathered together to witness this milestone moment for Lygend Resources.
Relevant departments of Ningbo City stated that nickel is a key strategic mineral for the country and a core cornerstone of the new energy industry. They expect Lygend Resources to take this listing as a new starting point, serve the national resource supply guarantee strategy, help regional industrial upgrading, and demonstrate solid strength.
In his speech, Cai Jianyong said: "From the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Lygend Resources has always remained committed to industry, deeply cultivated its main business, and advanced step by step to this day with the corporate spirit of 'Striving for Excellence, Diligence Without End.' Returning to A-shares for listing is another important milestone in Lygend's development and the starting point of a new journey. Lygend will continue to deeply cultivate the nickel industry chain, move toward becoming a 'multi-metal international operating platform,' and repay investors and society with even better performance."
This listing by Lygend Resources is the first successful "H-to-A" Main Board IPO project after the full implementation of the stock issuance registration system, and also the largest A-share IPO project by financing scale for a private enterprise in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province to date. The total amount raised is approximately 3.67 billion yuan, all invested in its main business and industry: the hydrometallurgical residue resource utilization demonstration project and the mixed hydroxide precipitate (MHP) refining production project, further extending downstream in the industry chain and improving resource recycling levels. Lygend Resources listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2022. Its return to A-shares this time achieves "H+A" dual listing, opening up dual domestic and overseas financing channels and marking a new stage in corporate governance and development.
