China's crude oil and cutback bitumen storage rate averaged at 61.65% on June 21, up 0.53 percentage points from last week, and down 3.35 percentage points year on year, according to OilChem.
Note: The statistics include 19 crude oil ports and 10 cutback bitumen ports, over 90% of total capacity.
