China's crude oil and cutback bitumen storage rate averaged at 61.95% by July 12, down 0.07 percentage points from last week, and down 1.19 percentage points year on year, according to OilChem.
Note: The statistics include 19 crude oil ports and 10 cutback bitumen ports, over 90% of total capacity.
