Nornickel sells its distributor Norilsk Nickel USA

Nornickel has sold its distribution company Norilsk Nickel USA in North and South America to TMP Holdings of the United States, Nornickel reported.

Norilsk Nickel USA, Inc., Nornickel's exclusive distributor of nickel, platinum group metals (PGM) and cobalt in the Americas, has been acquired by TMP Metals Group, Inc. for cash.
