The past month saw China's crude steel output grow to a one-year high of 96.6 million tonnes, and on a per-day basis, the country's crude steel output averaged 3.12 million tonnes/day in May, up 0.8% on month, Mysteel Global calculated based on the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on June 15.
