Recently, the environmental impact assessment of the comprehensive utilization project of new energy vehicle power batteries by Hunan Jinrui New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was approved. The total investment of this project is Yuan 1 billion, covering an area of approximately 152,026 square meters.
The project is divided into two phases and plans to build a 100,000 tons retired lithium battery recycling, dismantling, and comprehensive utilization system. At the same time, a dismantling line for 10,000 retired new energy vehicles per year and a production line for extracting lithium carbonate from brine will be constructed.
