Liuzhou Iron & Steel Group (Liugang), headquartered in Liuzhou city in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has formally taken control of Guangxi Iron and Steel Group, an entity established a decade ago to realize a new integrated steelworks in the coastal city of Fangchenggang in the same region.
