Shagang hikes longs list prices by $10-14/t for late June sales

Shagang Group (Shagang), China's top private steel producer headquartered in East China's Jiangsu province, has raised its list prices of rebar, wire rod, and bar-in-coil by Yuan 70-100/tonne ($9.7-13.9/t) for sales over June 21-30, the company announced on Wednesday. The list prices of its longs have now been lifted for two successive 10-day sales cycles, Mysteel Global notes.

With the latest pricing policy, Shagang's HRB400 16-22mm rebar is now priced at Yuan 4,070/t, up Yuan 70/t from mid-June, and its prices for HPB300 6-10mm high-speed wire rod and HRB400 8-10mm bar-in-coil have been raised both by Yuan 100/t to reach Yuan 4,110/t and Yuan 4,200/t respectively over
