Interview: Vtorium General Director talks about cashless payments for scrap in Russia

According to the Federal Law N 304-FZ on cashless payments for scrap, from October 1 2023, all companies in Russia that buy scrap must switch to cashless payments. In this regard, the press service of Rusmet Rating Agency spoke to Alexander Andreevskiy, General Director of Vtorium payment service.
