WEEKLY: Aust., Brazilian iron ore shipments drop 4% WoW

The total volume of iron ore shipments dispatched to global destinations from the 19 ports and 16 mining companies in Australia and Brazil under Mysteel's regular survey decreased by 926,000 tonnes or 3.7% from the prior week to reach 24.4 million tonnes during August 5-11, mainly due to the retreat in the shipping volume from Australia.
