DAILY: China imported iron ore prices dip further, sales rise

Imported Iron Ore Price Trading
China's prices for imported iron ore for both portside inventories and seaborne cargoes declined slightly on October 10, while trading activity improved in both markets.
On Thursday, Mysteel PORTDEX 62% Australian Fines in Qingdao decreased for the third straight workday, albeit down by a smaller Yuan 1/wmt ($0.1/wmt) from Wednesday to Yuan 771/wmt FOT and including 13% VAT. The same day, Mysteel SEADEX 62% Australian Fines sat at $103.95/dmt CFR Qingdao, lower by $0.3/dmt
