China's automobile exports surge in 2025, driven by a boom in new energy vehicles (NEVs). While Russia's role as the top destination declines, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia are emerging as key markets, signaling a more diversified global footprint for Chinese NEVs.

According to data from China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), from January to September this year, China exported 5.71 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 21%, and in September alone, 763,000 vehicles were exported, up 26% year on year.
