WEEKLY: China's FeSi prices remain weak, output eases

Chinese ferrosilicon (FeSi) prices dipped further during November 19-25, with the spot price for 75% FeSi under Mysteel's assessment reaching Yuan 5,242/tonne ($740/t) including the 13% VAT on November 25, slipping by Yuan 36/t from one week earlier.

Prices in the derivative market also weakened. On Tuesday, the most-traded FeSi contract on the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange for delivery in March 2026 closed the daytime trading session at Yuan 5,448/t, lower by Yuan 112/t from the settlement price on November 18, according to the exchange's data. Weak fundamentals have
