China's housing market divergence widens in November

In November, China's housing market remained divided, with the average price of new properties in 100 major cities rising slightly by 0.37% month on month, while second-hand home prices continued to fall, marking 43 consecutive months of declines.

Key cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou saw new and second-hand housing transactions rise month on month, although year-on-year figures remained under pressure due to high prior-year baselines. In terms of transactions, in key cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou, both new and second-hand home transactions in November
