WEEKLY: China's FeSi prices move up further

Chinese ferrosilicon (FeSi) prices continued to move up during December 17-23, mainly supported by better performance in FeSi futures market and domestic smelters' high-level production costs, Mysteel Global learned.

As of December 23, the spot price of 75% FeSi assessed by Mysteel came in at Yuan 5,291/tonne ($753/t) including the 13% VAT, increasing by Yuan 50/t from one week earlier.
