WEEKLY: China's coking coal output declines amid mine halts

China's coking coal production declined during the past week, mainly as some miners slowed or halted their mining operations after achieving annual output targets. However, coking coal stockpiles on the supply side continued accumulating due to sluggish downstream restocking, which continued to put downward pressure on coal prices.
