Chinese prices for imported iron ore ticked up for both port stocks and seaborne cargoes on January 9, while transactions in the two markets were mixed.
On Friday, Mysteel PORTDEX 62% Australian Fines in Qingdao rose by Yuan 5/wmt ($0.7/wmt) from Thursday to reach Yuan 830/wmt FOT and including the 13% VAT.
